I am a certified Birth Doula through DONA, a certified VBAC Doula through The VBAC Link, a certified Postpartum Doula through CAPPA, a certified Lactation Educator through CAPPA, and a PAILAdvocate (pregnancy and infant loss advocate). I am also trained in basic life support (CPR and AED) through the American Heart Association.
In 2020 I officially began my doula journey, but my calling to this work began years before. After supporting friends and family through their pregnancies and labors, I came to the realization that there was nothing else I’d rather do.
Empowering and supporting pregnant people and their partners through one of the most cherished moments of their lives is an honored experience. I am so thankful to have the opportunity to be a part of so many lasting memories.
I live in Francestown NH with my husband Tony who is so loving and supportive. We have two amazing children, Jade and Joseph. When I’m not enjoying my role as a Doula, I love being outdoors, gardening, hiking, playing Cornhole, or going for a walk. I also enjoy being a mom, baking, cooking, and listening to music.
